Terms of Service

These terms govern rankfire.cc and RankFire’s free checks, deep-dives, done-for-you publishing, backlink work, translations, monitoring and reports (the “Services”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Services, you agree to them.

The short version: we guarantee the work we control. Google, AI engines and third-party sites decide their own rankings, answers and listings, so those outcomes are not guaranteed.

1. Accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be authorized to act for your organization and the websites you submit. You are responsible for activity in your account.

2. Free checks and credits

Free checks and deep-dive credits are a trial of the Services, not a plan. We limit free checks per website and per visitor, and may change or end them at any time.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Dodo Payments processes payments; verified payment events, not browser redirects, activate plans. Cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period. Fees for a started period are not refunded except where required by law.

4. Your content and approvals

You own the facts, trademarks and materials you give us and the pages we publish on your site. You grant us a license to use them only to provide the Services. You confirm they are accurate and that you’re allowed to publish them. Pages go live only after your approval unless you switch on automatic publishing. We may decline content that is false, unlawful, infringing or misleading.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use RankFire to impersonate others, publish false claims, spam, evade limits, scrape the Services, or submit websites you aren’t authorized to represent.

6. Third-party outcomes

We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, AI mentions or directory approvals. Search and estimate data (volumes, cost-per-click, traffic) come from third-party sources and are estimates.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Except for commitments in your plan, the Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, rankings or traffic, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse or security risk. You can stop using RankFire at any time; pages already published on your site stay yours.
